Understand your inner child’s fears as cries for love and learn to respond with kindness and support.

Stop, Look & Listen
Observe who is in control—your higher self or your inner child—and develop the skill to guide your thoughts back to love.
Session 7:
Healing Relationships from Within
Heal your relationships by seeing beyond your inner child’s perspective and recognizing the light within yourself and others.
Session 8:
Embracing Simple, Uncomplicated Love
Expand your identity to embody pure, uncomplicated love, fostering a deep sense of inner peace and acceptance.
